If you can't keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible. If you arrive and you decide to not keep your appointment, payment will still be expected. I will try to be as flexible as possible; realizing things happen, and emergencies arise. Depending on the circumstance, I may apply your fee to another massage.

 

Not paying for scheduled services without adequate notice is unfair to others.
